Podere L'Aquila is under the direction of Assunta Tudisco. She was born and raised in Germany. Due to her Italian descent she is closely connected to Italy. She loves to spoil her guests with culinary delights. For this purpose, the house's own wood-burning oven is heated once a week.

In the Chianti-Classico area, nestled in a magnificent Mediterranean forest landscape on the southern slope of Monte Calvo lies the almost dreamy "Podere L'Aquila". Its location at an altitude of 700 metres makes even midsummer temperatures above 30 degrees acceptable. Like the Chianti Classico, the old farmhouse has many stories to tell, a unique specimen of a holiday villa with its own pool and its own wood-burning oven, which is put into operation once a week. Due to its hidden location the "Podere L'Aquila" is a place of peace and relaxation. And yet the sights of the region can be reached quickly and easily. Vacation in the Toskana fulfills itself here for couples, small groups, families - whether with or without dog - in carefree way. The furnishing of the apartment with partly antique furniture and the open fire-place underlines this light life feeling.
