My apartment is located in a recently built building with a high level of comfort. Staying here to visit Lecce allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the area despite having the historic center just 2 km away. An apartment, compared to the classic hotel or b&b room, offers space and a high level of autonomy and economy. A few steps away is a track for running and the cycle path to reach the city center (2 ebikes available for hire).
I'm a financial advisor naturally predisposed to human contact, I love to ride a bike, dance, promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and churn out ideas 😄. I propose myself as a host as well as a local friend of all my guests.
We are 2 km away from the center and in a strategic area served by numerous businesses (supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy). At 100 meters from the apartment begins the cycle path that leads up to the historic centre, 1 km away you take the ring road to start at any seaside resort without entering the city traffic, the railway station is 1.5 km away (soon the overturning of access will reduce the distance to a few hundred meters, finally the Vito Fazzi hospital is only 700 meters away.
