Arzachena, few km. from Costa Smeralda, new luxury residence with swimming pool in locality Cannigione (Arzachena). Distance from Cannigione center 200 mt. All services like supermarkets, shops and restaurant are within 200 mt. The "luxury" apartment with fantastic sea view, is completely fornished for 5/6 guests. Modern kitchen , private garden and external patio. Distance from the beach 250 mt.
