Property information

In the center of Torre Lapillo, in a side street of the main street, just 200 meters from the sandy beach, "ASZ APARTMENTS" is born. Structure that includes 2 apartments totally renovated and specifically designed to accommodate tourists, families or groups of friends. If necessary they can become a single solution and accommodate large groups of up to 14 beds. The structure is as follows: - Entrance with large veranda shared with other guests, but each apartment has a relaxation area with private outdoor furniture. - Entrance to the apartments - Private internal garden for each apartment - Air conditioning (two air conditioners per apartment) - Mosquito nets - Full kitchen - Kettle - Hairdryer - TV - Washing machine - Outdoor shower. - There is no private parking space but parking is free on the street ASZ APARTMENTS is located in the center of Torre Lapillo and all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, beach, church) can be reached on foot within a maximum radius of 200 metres. The first equipped beaches are about 500 meters away. Ideal for those who want to leave the car and enjoy their holiday. other places of interest: - Porto Cesareo 4 km - Castiglione Tower 3 km - Punta Prosciutto beaches 5 km - RENTAL AGREEMENT: at check-in or via the guest portal, you will need to sign the rental contract in Italian relating to your holiday. - TOURIST TAX: The Municipality of Porto Cesareo applies the tourist tax. Please note that this tax must be paid at check-in. The tax is 1 per day in the months of May, June and September. 1.50 per day in July and August per person. The tax is applied up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Some subjects are exempt from the tourist tax, such as: a) minors up to the day they reach their 16th birthday b) elderly people from the day they reach their 70th birthday.
