MORUS APARTMENT, FLOOR 1 Finely furnished and air-conditioned. Access via internal lift or external staircase. Kitchen, veranda, living room with sofa bed, TV and bathroom, bedroom with TV and bathroom FICUS STUDIO APARTMENT, GROUND FLOOR, INDEPENDENT ACCESS Air-conditioned, French sofa bed, TV, bathroom, kitchenette with fridge. SPA With hydromassage, tropical shower, sauna/biosauna. It is possible to request 90-minute entrances, in addition to facial and body treatments. POOL AND OUTDOOR FURNISHINGS The property has a 10 x 4 meter swimming pool, with a constant depth of 1.50 meters and a large solarium equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. In addition, there is a barbecue area and a built-in kitchen on the lawn. The swimming pool is available in the summer months. !!!IMPORTANT NOTES!!! Pets are not allowed. The villa is immersed in the silence of the Modica countryside and is about 10 minutes from the city of Modica. If you want to discover the beauty of the Baroque historic centers and the natural landscapes of South Eastern Sicily, you can spend a few hours visiting the cities of art and archaeological parks. If you want to set sail towards the Mediterranean sea and coastal landscapes, a mini cruise aboard our partner's sailing boats is what you need.
