L'Attico is a completely new holiday home, with modern and functional furnishings. It is composed of a common area (living room with kitchen) where our guests can have breakfast or prepair meals and three double rooms called green, blue and yellow for the colors of a backlit wall, which are equipped with an indipendent bathroom to guarantee their guests privacy and discretion. Another peculiarity of L'Attico is the possibility of using a beautiful terrace and reserved parkings (available with extra charge - 8 Euro per night). Our aim is to give our guests a comfortable stay by responding to any need, such as speaking your language (English, French, Spanish, German).
L'Attico was born from a dream that I have had for many years, and I've finally realized. My passion for foreign languages has given me the opportunity to travel and experience many different cultures. Now, at L'Attico, I can welcome people from different countries, and introducing them to our facility is a great satisfaction!
L’Attico is located in a strategic position in the centre of Cesano Maderno, 200 mt from the train station which allows you to reach the center of Milano in just 20 minutes by train. The centre of the town is just a few steps away and offers any service the guests may need (restaurants, bars, shops). 400 mt from L’Attico you can visit the marvellous Palazzo Arese Borromeo with its gardens and fountains.
