Welcome to our penthouse apartment in the centre of Fondi, province of Latina, a perfect choice for an unforgettable summer holiday. We are located in a residential area just a few minutes' walk from the town's main square and it has two comfortable and spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a table for lunches and dinners with family or friends.But the real treasure of this holiday home is the terrace, furnished with a comfort zone to enjoy a panoramic view. Private parking makes this holiday home even more convenient and comfortable for guests.The Attic is strategically located to reach the most beautiful beaches of the Tyrrhenian coast, such as Sperlonga and Terracina, only 10-15 minutes away by car. We look forward to welcoming you.
