In aperta campagna con vista delle colline bolognesi, entrata piano terra, entrata accessibile a persone disabili, (piccolo gradino di 3 cm) con giardino in condivisione con Host, dotato di aria condizionata, zanzariera, parcheggio gratuito non custodito. Sono presenti nella proprietà un cane di taglia piccola e due gatti. Si trova a pochi minuti di auto dall'autostrada A1 Borgo Panigale, a 10' dall'aeroporto. 3 km da Anzola dell'Emilia, su itinerario ciclo-via del Sole. Camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale,, lettino bimbi max 4 anni a richiesta, zona soggiorno due divani letto separati, un singolo e uno una piazza e mezza , appartamento adatto sia per famiglie che amici/colleghi.
Siamo una famiglia formata da 4 persone, un cane e un gatto . Nel nostro B&B sarete accolti personalmente per il check in da Barbara e/o Fabrizio, per un cordiale benvenuto a casa nostra. Vi aspettiamo!
Ci troviamo tra Anzola dell'Emilia e Calderara di Reno, nella Valsamoggia, in aperta campagna raggiungibile solo in auto, posizione comoda per varie destinazioni essendo a circa 5 minuti da tangenziale di Bologna uscita 3, entrata A1 per Milano, 10 minuti dall'aeroporto G.Marconi , all' asse attrezzato ( viale Palmiro Togliatti) che porta allo stadio Dall'Ara, Unipol Arena di Casalecchio di Reno, comodo anche per stazione dei treni di Anzola dell'Emilia o Bargellino. Comoda partenza per cicloturismo, sulla via del sole con vari percorsi. A pochi minuti si trovano i Museo Ducati Motors e Carpigiani, Lamborghini, visitabili.
