Among the green of Garfagnana, il Casale delle Pianacce is the perfect place to spend some days in touch with nature. Il Casale was born as a farm in the past centuries. Today agriculture is no longer a job and fields and forests are large spaces for relax or walking. In less than one hour you will reach the seaside of Versilia or beautiful cities as Lucca, Firenze o Pisa.
When you stay with us you really feel like at home! You will be a friend for us and not only a guest. Your happyness is our joy! This is simply how we are ..... :)
Nature is probably our gold but you really could find a lot in Garfagnana. Museums, Medioeval villages with big walls, fortresses, parks and lakes. Some really amazing adventure's parks were born in the last years where adults and guys can approach to extreme sports and survival experiences. During the summer you can choose among a lot of events where folklore, culture, music and fun are the focus. Also remeber that Garfagnana is famous for wine and food and you will never be disappointed with them!
