Intera casa d'epoca ristrutturata situata in un palazzo storico su bia G. Bovio, su strada principale che collega Molfetta e Ruvo di Puglia , a pochi passi subito raggiungibile il Centro storico,corso Dante Alighieri location di eventi,fiere e movida cittadina dove vi è anche situata la chiesa della Madonna del Rosario.
A neanche 300 metri piazza don Tonino Bello dove risiede la maestosa cattedrale e piazza quattro Novembre dove ammirare la bellissima torre normanna.
A pochi chiilometri puoi facilmente raggiungere le più belle spiagge e scogliere della zona: Giovinazzo, Molfetta, Trani,Bisceglie.
A 5 chilometri Ruvo di Puglia dove puoi raggiungere Castel del Monte situato nel cuore del parco nazionale dell'alta murgia.
