The structure is located behind the Casa di Cura Privata "Pierangeli", as well as near the civil hospital "Santo Spirito" of Pescara. The area is extremely well-stocked with supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and close to the Pescara Centrale station, a 10-minute walk away.
