Our B&B is located in the town center. Its optimal position allows you to move on foot or by bike to reach places of interest and usefulness. We have a free self check-in service if you need it for the most suitable arrival / exit times. The room is equipped with a new double bed in sustainable wood. The room is equipped with air conditioning. In the structure you will have parking, TV, wifi, kitchenette with mini fridge, payment by ATM and cards. Guests have the opportunity to use the garden, with umbrella, table and deck chairs. Non-smoking room. CONDITIONS: no smoking in the room. ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING: there are several electric charging points in the area. However, if you wish to recharge directly at the facility with your adapter, please ask for availability, upon payment of a flat rate supplement. TOURIST TAX: the municipality of Porlezza applies a tourist tax . The exact amount of the tax will be collected on arrival, to be paid in cash. SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION: guests are asked to follow good rules in compliance with current municipal regulations.
Our guests are welcome in our home. We are not professionals, it is a b & b in our villa with a garden, in which we have a free dog.
