Samu Home welcomes you! Recently renovated fully modernized apartment located in the San Vitale district, a few kilometers from the city center and in an excellent location to reach the Bologna Fiere area. The property features two double bedrooms and a bathroom with whirlpool tub, a large living area with flat-screen TV and Netflix access combined with the kitchen area including kitchenware and appliances, such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, electric oven and microwave. The balcony, accessible from the living area, overlooks the inner courtyard and is equipped with a washing machine and clothesline. Sheets and towels are provided by the property. Breakfast included (packaged baked goods: brioches, tea, coffee, single-serving jams and rusks). The facility is equipped with WiFi service, heating and fan.
Samuele and Gabriella started Samu Home with the great desire to make their guests feel at home, welcoming them into a colorful and comfortable apartment that represents great emotional value for them. They will be happy to provide any tips and information about the city to those who decide to stay in their apartment.
The facility is located in the Massarenti area in the San Vitale district, just 15 minutes from Santo Stefano Church, Piazza Maggiore and the Bologna Quadrilateral. The facility is just a few stops from S. Orsola (1.6km) and the city center (there is a bus stop a few steps from the entrance gate), and is outside the ZTL zone. Very convenient area to reach in a few minutes by car Bologna Fiere (6 min). Various services are nearby: supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pubs, pharmacy, laundry and newsstand. Parking nearby (the street of the facility is private, no parking possibilities).
