The apartment, located within a condominium complex, is on the ground floor and can be reached via a flight of stairs. The windows offer a beautiful view of the mountains, and the property has just been renovated in a mountain cabin style, featuring wooden walls and finishes. In front of the building, there are numerous free parking spaces. This accommodation includes a kitchen/living area equipped with all comforts, a flat-screen TV, a spectacular mountain view, a double sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a shower. A spacious storage box for equipment is also available within the building. The apartment is 2 km from the Alagna ski lifts, which can also be reached by a convenient shuttle bus with a stop located just 50 meters from the apartment, and 26 km from the Mera ski lifts.
Located in a very quiet and peaceful area, with the shuttle bus stop just 50 meters away and the center of Riva Valdobbia reachable on foot in only 2 minutes.
