Just 10 meters from the fine sandy beach of Torre Lapillo and in the central area, "Balcone Caboto" is born, a totally renovated first floor apartment with sea view and equipped with all comforts. • 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 in total) • Dining room/kitchen with table, sofa and TV • Wifi • Bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine • Front balcony with sea view • Small rear balcony overlooking the sea with sink • Ducted air conditioning system in all rooms Apartment located on the first floor completely renovated. The external staircase leads to the panoramic balcony and the entrance. “Balcone Caboto” develops in length starting from the dining room/kitchen, followed by the first bedroom with double bed and foldaway bunk bed, second bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Parking: the property does not have private parking but you can park for free on the street. Ideal for families, couples or groups of friends. The entire apartment is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. It's all meant for welcome you in the best and most comfortable way possible: The common areas are only the stairs and the balcony.
