I deal with the protection and enhancement of villages and historic centers, through an urban and social redevelopment project. Ground floor apartment in a newly built building, on the main street of the town, 200 meters walk from the historic center of the city of Sutri, Orange Flag, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and historic stop on the Via Francigena, 40 km from Rome. The Bed and Office formula offers an innovative environment with the comforts of a bed and breakfast and the services of an office with fiber wifi, desk, chairs, printer and blackboards for visual thinking. Private parking, independent entrance, bar 20 meters away with breakfast included in the overnight stay. Main services at a maximum of 5 minutes on foot: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, ...

Neighbourhood information

Sutri is an ancient city of Etruscan-Roman foundation, built on a hilly and tufaceous land that characterizes it from an environmental and landscape point of view. 40 minutes from Rome, connected by a two-lane road, Sutri is strategically positioned on the Via Cassia Veientana, constituting the gateway to the Tuscia. It is also located on the Via Francigena, which runs alongside the Archaeological Park famous for an Amphitheater dug into the tuff and the presence of a rare Mithraeum near a Roman Necropolis. In the immediate vicinity you will find all the main services, including a pharmacy and a supermarket, as well as bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk in the direction of the historic center. All strictly without cars, which can be parked on request in the private parking space. Leaving the city it is possible to reach in a few minutes the Lake of Bracciano and the Farnese palace of Caprarola or, crossing the Cimini Mountains, the dying city of Civita di Bagnoregio.
