Modern Lake view apartment, bright and welcoming with a large picturesque terrace with shaded sitting/dining area, stone built barbecue ideal for hot summer evenings overlooking Lake Orta. The apartment is sole use of ground floor large one Bedroom with king size bed and ample storage space with shower room. Full size open plan kitchen with electric oven and gas 4 ring hob, small fridge, dinner kettle table and 2 chairs 2 electric wall heaters sitting area with wall mounted smart TV single toilet with hand basin. Use of free wi-fi pocket internet. there is free parking on the opposite side across the road.
English while in Orta we live in the accommodation upstairs, John came to visit Lake Orta by chance and fell in love with everything the lake had to offer from kayaking, fishing, swimming hiking and cycling a lake that just keeps giving, sunsets that are unreal
The apartment is located within walking distance to Orta beach with beach bar, sunbeds and parasols are available to hire along with Kayaks, paddle boards and pedlos for a small charge. A lakeside restaurant for lunch or a evening meal. if the beach is not for you there are mountains all around for hiking and cycling and in the winter months skiing. there is a bike rental and car hire just up the road next to the Michelin star restaurant Vila Crespi. it is a strategic point for visiting the beauties of Lake Orta, about 1km from the centre of Orta San Giulio one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy and about 20km from lake Maggiore.
