Belvedere is a new and elegant apartment with a spectacular view on the Walls and Porta San Pietro. Its strategic location between the historical centre, the station and all the main attractions makes it ideal for a tourist and business stay. Its large spaces, with attention to the smallest details, offer an experience of style and comfort. Relax and enjoy the comfort and unique atmosphere in which you will be immersed during your stay. The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building on the main street surrounding the city walls, 300 metres from the train station and 100 metres from the entrance to the historic centre (Porta San Pietro). The flat is composed as follows: LIVING AREA: sofa bed, 65" smart TV, home automation lights, amazon alexa, coat rack, shoe rack. KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, kitchenette with gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, air conditioning. MASTER BEDROOM: Double bed, 32" smart TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers, balcony, air conditioning, safe. A romantic arrangement and a baby cot are available on request. DOUBLE OR DOUBLE BEDROOM: 2 single beds or 1 double bed, 32" smart TV, air conditioner, wardrobe with led.
