La struttura è stata recentemente e finemente ristrutturata, gli arredamenti sono confortevoli e nuovi, è situata al pian terreno di un edificio di quattro piani, recentissimo. Vi si accede da un ingresso indipendente mediante Pin code unico e personale, per garantire massima tranquillità e privacy assoluta. L’immobile è situato in una zona strategica di Bergamo, a 5 minuti dall’aeroporto di Bergamo Orio al Serio, ed altrettanti dalla Stazione Ferroviaria, Bergamoeasyairport dista 1 km dall'uscita del casello autostradale di Bergamo. Si trova vicinissimo alla Clinica Humanitas Gavazzeni, e a 10 minuti dall'Ospedale Papa Giovanni XXIII. Inoltre, con l’autobus, in meno di 15 minuti si raggiunge Città Alta. La struttura può emettere ricevuta fiscale con un costo di 2euro per marca da bollo. non è in vece possibile emettere fattura.

Il quartiere in cui è ubicato l’immobile, si trova praticamente in centro, ed è particolarmente tranquillo. A pochi metri dalla struttura c'è la fermata dei bus che collegano con cadenza ravvicinatissima tutto il centro città, Città Alta, la stazione ferroviaria e l’aeroporto di Bergamo Orio al Serio. Inoltre il quartiere offre innumerevoli servizi come un fornitissimo supermercato con tutto il necessario a meno di un minuto a piedi, ottimi ristoranti tipici, bar e locali notturni, farmacia, tabacchi, poste, parchi divertimento ecc ecc
