La struttura è stata finemente ristrutturata nel 2019 per renderla ancora più funzionale ed accogliente, si accede da un giardino esclusivo, check-in e check-out sono garantiti 24h, mediante un codice numerico, che viene inviato alla prenotazione e scade alla Vostra ripartenza, per garantire la massima privacy e riservatezza: non ci sono chiavi. È dotato di tutti i confort e si trova in una posizione strategica: a 05 minuti dall’Aeroporto Di Bergamo, a 4 minuti dalla Stazione Ferroviaria, e degli autobus, che collegano le principali località turistiche e tutti i luoghi di interesse. A 10 minuti c'è la Clinica Humanitas Gavazzeni e a 15 minuti si arriva all'Ospedale Papa Giovanni XXIII
