Two-room apartment on ground floor in a private courtyard with two reserved parking spots in front of the independent entrance gate, with an exclusive garden. In a quiet village just 5 km from the center of Pisa, also reachable in 15 minutes by bus from the stop 500 meters from the house. Also a few minutes away from the train station, Pisa airport, the main road junctions in the area and the Cisanello hospital. ---INSIDE--- Cozy two-room apartment of 55 m² located on the ground floor in rustic style, independent entrance with garden and courtyard for exclusive use, outdoor table with barbecue. Double bedroom with large wardrobe and living area with sofa and double sofa bed, TV and wifi. Kitchen equipped with dishes and dishwasher, electric oven, food warmer, moka and coffee machine. Bathroom with window, shower and bidet, washing machine in the utility room in front of the bathroom itself. ---ACCESS--- House in a private courtyard accessible by car, with two reserved parking spots in front of the entrance gate. ---FOR PET OWNERS (2 max)--- We care about the well-being of our human and animal guests, so we have two bowls and waterproof blankets to cover our sofas for the comfort of your pets, therefore please avoid allowing them to access the bedroom. The supplement for pets is 10 euros per stay. Thank you and enjoy your stay.
CASCINA, TUSCANY, ITALY Quiet village with large green park ("Parco Robinson"). Just 5 km from the center of Pisa, with a bus stop 500 meters from the house where there are also bars\pastry shop, bakery\groceries, rotisserie, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, newsstand and tobacconist. A 5-minute drive away also a restaurant with a sport fishing lake, a large shopping center, two fast food chains and shops selling sporting goods and pet supplies. ---AROUND THE AREA--- Cisanello Hospital is only 7 minutes away by car, Pisa airport and train station are 10 minutes away. The station is well connected to visit neighboring cities such as Florence Lucca and Livorno, also reachable via the FIPILI highway which is just 5 minutes away from the house. Also close to the Pisa coast and the natural history museum of the Certosa di Calci. You can also easily get to famous Tuscan villages such as Volterra, Peccioli, San Gimignano, Lajatico, Ghizzano and the Chianti and Val d'Orcia areas, as well as the seaside locations of Livorno and Versilia.
