Property information

Spend your best time of the year in a natural atmosphere. Our farmhouse in Marlengo is located in a quiet area in the midst of our apple orchards and near to the “Waalweg” trail of Marlengo. Solid wood furniture made out of typical, local spruce and Swiss stone pine characterizes of our modern and light-flooded apartments. On our farm you will enjoy the benefits of a familiar atmosphere and a healthy environment. Three of our exclusive apartments are located on the top floor of the farmhouse and the forth can be found on the first floor. Wood and light characterize our individually designed apartments. Our motto - farmers tradition meets modern comfort. Be enchanted by the unique view over the city of Merano and the Texel group mountains. The farmers lady is a passionate painter, you will meet her colourful watercolour paintings everywhere in the house.

Neighbourhood information

The farm serves as perfect starting point for biking tours and hikes in the nearby mountains and on the “Höhenweg” of Merano. Several supermarkets, shops, restaurants, as well as the well-known brewery “Forst“and the bus stop Foresta/Lagundo can be reached in a 10-minute foot walk.
