Farmhouse La Bordeghina, born in 2000 after the renovation of the family home, is therefore a family business. Our guests feel at home, as I, my family and my staff, are available for any customer needs and we try to make their stay special and unforgettable. Many guests return because they feel very pampered.

It is a large farm in the countryside 2 km from the Po, where I was born. The property is located in the center of many cities, including Bologna at 80 km, Ferrara at 35, Padua at 40, Verona 90 just to name a few. You can visit the Po Delta, with excursions ranging from the one with the small boat to enter the reeds, to the one in the largest ship to reach Venice. We are in an area where Roman archaeological sites are frequent. The region was reclaimed in the Renaissance by the Dukes of Ferrara. The area is not very touristy, to be discovered. In the old barn and in the barn we have a farming and photography museum. Around the house there are 10,000 square meters of lawn with more than 150 varieties of trees and plants. There are many animals, chickens, geese, bunnies, dogs, cats and two sheep. The pool is open from June to September and all guests can use it during the day. There is also a concrete tennis court. This too can be used by guests, from 10 to 12 and from 16 to 19.

The town of Pontecchio Polesine is very well stocked. It is small but has several services, including 2 restaurants, three pizzerias, a grocery store, a post office, a grocery store and then a hairdresser, a beautician, a florist, in short, all the essential services that can be found in a city.
