Property information

Borgo Stanzano is situated in a quiet environment with spectacular views. However it is only 30 minutes from Bologna, one of the most beautiful cities of Italy. The accommodation is brand-new as the complete restoration is finished late 2019. The apartments are spacious and luxury. All the apartments have a separate sleeping room and bathroom. Three apartments do have a complete kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker (4), refrigerator, etc.

Neighbourhood information

Borgo Stanzano is in the hills of Bologna which is just 30 minutes drive. Bologna is a typically Italian city which has the oldest university of the world. Modena, famous for the aceto balsamico but also for Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati, is 35 minutes from here. In the neighborhood there are many historical villages to discover like Castello di Serravalle, the Borgo and Abbey of Monteveglio, Vignola with its castle, etc. Although there are many interesting places nearby it is also possible to visit place like Venice (1,5 hour), Florence (1 hour) or Rimini (1 hour).
