Situated quite close to Venice's famous historical center, Ca'Cino is a tourist's ideal choice for accommodation. It offers a great view from the park that is basically right outside your door, providing you with a beautiful and serene place to sit and think - without thousands of tourists making a racket and ruining your moment of tranquility. Ca'Cino is comfortable and traditional but does not lack any of the equipment or accoutrements that are expected in a modern home which include: AC (newly installed), heating (controllable by an app), a kitchen featuring a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, causelectric boiler (newly installed) the bathroom has a Jacuzzi brand bathtub (that is - for all intents and purposes - a relaxing 1 person hot tub), the master bedroom is simple and cozy with an accompanying balcony , the guest room has a nice desk to do your work at, the living room houses the other TV and the pullout bed and the house is connected with complementary Wifi. *** If you would like massage and/or a boat/walking tour then please try to give me 3-4 weeks notice before arriving and I will check their availability ***

My English is much better than my Italian though because I moved away when I was 5 but I've been back here in Venice the last 2 years to rent out my Nonni's (grandparents) empty house. I'm really laid back and unless you want me to be in communication I won't bother you at all and if you have any questions I will gladly answer them. - Have a pleasant stay at Ca'Cino!
