The pleasantly cool apartment in summer consists of a bright kitchen, large living room with splendid fireplace, double bedroom with bathroom and direct access to the garden, bedroom with 2 single beds and large bathroom, in the living room a comfortable sofa bed for one and half. The well-kept garden and various areas with splendid corners near the greenhouse where you can have lunch or relax in the sun immersed in the colors of the various blooms. We pay special attention to newborns and children, you will find a cot and a NEXT TO ME cot for the little ones, 2 high chairs and a booster seat available, baby bath, night lights, baby monitor (Angel care) to monitor children's sleep and tons of games for all ages babies, children and adults. In addition to the apartment completely at your disposal, you will have direct access to the garden for the exclusive use of the apartment, well equipped and divided into various areas with secluded corners to enjoy the coolness and tranquility, with games for all ages, a barbecue and a equipped greenhouse. Stand up paddle boards are available for guests. It is not necessary to have a car, the town can be reached either by bus and the bus stop is 150 meters from Ca Balossa or by boat/hydrofoil to Lenno and Tremezzo. Tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night is not included in the final price and must be paid in cash upon check-out. Upon your arrival you will be asked for your documents (passport / identity card) because Italian law obliges you to communicate the identity of guests to the Police.
