It is less than 400 meters far from the lake, so you can reach the lakeside also on foot in just 5 minutes. Within about 300 meters you can find all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy). You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying on the balcony or in this new holiday home equipped with every comfort! The balcony is large enough to accommodate a dining table for four people and an umbrella, here you can enjoy excellent breakfasts, aperitifs and dinners while admiring the lake and the surrounding mountains! The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and American coffee machine; To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa and a TV. The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds, a desk and a wardrobe. The bathroom is very large and is complete with shower with glass enclosure, toilet, bidet and sink.
