We are a "family" team that manages a dozen apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have gradually grown up. We are always available for our guests but we don't live inside the apartments that we rent. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and so we can reach each structures for any emergencies usually in about an hour. We are always available for communications via w h a t s a p p, sms, emails or phone calls. The communication way we prefer is the one through w h a t s a p p which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are engaged in our main jobs.

Ca' Francesco Apartment is an apartment for tourist-use of about 130 square meters. It consists of kitchen, living-room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is equipped with everything you need for your comfort stay during a sightseeing tours of Venice. The apartment benefits of a kitchen with pots and pans if you are interested in cooking and eating at home. We provide bed sheets and bath towels (2 per person). The apartment is NOT equipped with air conditioning, but being on the third floor of a quiet area of ​​Cannaregio it is very well ventilated. From Marco Polo airport you can comfortably arrive with the Alilaguna shuttle (Blue line) in about 45 minutes, FONDAMENTA NOVE stop. Otherwise you can take advantage of our paid shared taxi service. (contact us for more information). From the railway station or Piazzale Roma bus terminal you can also arrive on foot in just under 30 minutes. About the Check-In Check-in from 3.00 pm to 10.00 pm. It is possible to store your luggage from 10.00 am. The apartment will be available from 3.00 pm. Check-in closes at 10.00pm About the Check-Out Check out by 10.00 am We do not have the possibility to keep luggage in the building after check out.

The apartment is located in the upper part of Cannaregio-district, towards Rialto Bridge. The area is fully stocked with everything that will allow you to enjoy your stay. Within a radius of 20/30 meters from the front door you will find a supermarket, a grocery store, a greengrocer, various excellent quality bars and restaurants, a pizzeria, a wine shop, a newsagent and a stationery shop. From this area you can reach all the main tourist sites on foot with beautiful walks. The nearest public transport stops are CA 'D'ORO on the Grand Canal, FONDAMENTA NOVE to reach the islands of Lido, Murano, Burano and Torcello) or to go to the airport. The Rialto market is about a 15 minute walk. Piazza San Marco about 20 minutes on foot. Certainly one of the best places to stay in the historic center of Venice.
