Very bright and spacious apartment located a few meters from the famous Accademia bridge and behind the Museum of Fine Arts. It is located on the third and top floor of a typically Venetian building in the Dorsoduro district. Its large windows give the opportunity to admire the roofs of Venetian houses, the museum of the Academy of Fine Arts, the bell towers and the Jesuit church. Its surface of 100 square meters is divided into two floors: The first floor consists of the entrance with its closet, then you enter a large "open space" room divided into 4 areas (living room, dining room, library - office and bedroom). Also on the first floor we find the equipped kitchen full of charm and the bathroom with tub, toilet, bidet, sink, heated towel rail and window. The Dorsoduro district is the most refined in Venice: palaces, museums, art galleries, shipyards (squeri) and many other points of interest await you! Very close to the apartment there are 2 supermarkets (you have a trolley available). You cannot find yourself better than in this area as you are in the heart of the city, both in terms of art / nightlife and transport. You can then choose between the "Accademia" pier on the Grand Canal (lines 1 and 2) and the "Zattere" pier on the Giudecca Canal (lines 5.1 and 6).
