Cozy apartment of 63 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. We are in Calasetta, a small town located on the northern tip of the island of Sant'Antioco, in the archipelago of Sulcis. The beach of Sottotorre is only 400 m from the property and from the terrace you can admire a view of the beautiful sea of Sardinia. The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, Smart TV 40", split A/C and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM I with double bed, bunk bed, chest of drawers and coat stand; - BEDROOM II with double bed and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - COVERED TERRACE with dining table. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning (a split in the living room), fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: the building has no elevator - the apartment is on the first floor. Note the presence of a small step at the pedestrian access and the entrance of the accommodation. NO WIFI.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in Calasetta, a small town located on the northern tip of the island of Sant'Antioco, in the archipelago of Sulcis. The area offers an active life throughout the season, with concerts, shows in the square and shops always open. 400 meters from the property is the beach of Sottotorre, a quaint and amazing beach with white sand and crystal clear sea. In the area there are also Spiaggia la Salina, Spiaggia sulle Rocce Rosse and Spiaggia Grande; for the latter we recommend the use of the car. In about 10 minutes on foot it is possible to reach the ferry port for Carloforte and visit the wonderful San Pietro Island. - Sottotorre beach: 6 minutes on foot; - Marina: 11 minutes on foot; - la Salina beach: 4 minutes by car; - Spiaggia Grande: 6 minutes by car; - Red Rock Beach: 7 minutes by car. - Pastry shop Maria Teresa: 2 minutes on foot; - WHIM Cafè Sardinia: 4 minutes on foot; - U' Palacca (fish restaurant: 6 minutes on foot.
