The Captain's Quarters is 90 square meters divided on 4 floors with an interior spiral staircase. There is also a wrap around outdoor staircase connecting all 4 floors, with balconies, covered by a 4 meter high climbing rose bush. The 17th century townhouse was renovated in 2021 by a couple from NYC. This is perfect home for a couple or solo traveller who enjoy being surrounded by nature, while also having the conveniences of a small town within walking distance. On the ground floor is the garage entrance where you can enter with key code combination. The ground floor is set up as a screening theatre with a projector and a bluetooth speaker. There is a half bath with a washing machine and dryer. The pull out couch allows the the ground floor to be converted into a second bedroom. On the first floor is a modern kitchen and dining room. Stone countertop, induction stove top and oven as well as a DeLonghi espresso machine. Coffee grounds and tea are provided. On the second floor is the master bath suite. Here you can find a day bed, work desk, balcony and modern bathroom. The Captain's Quarters is "smart work" friendly with fibre optic high speed internet. On the third floor is the master bedroom and balcony. There is a built in closet and queen bed. The balcony has views of the mountains and the L’Antico Maniero Villa. There is free public parking behind the house.
