CARATTINO 12 is an enchanting seafront vacation home with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea and Vernazza’s colorful houses and terraced vineyards from this penthouse apartment's three private terraces. Close to everything, yet in a tucked-away location where you will enjoy peace and tranquility. Natural light, sea breezes and the sound of waves fill each refreshingly modern room.

Vernazza is a beautiful medieval village nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and its hillsides’ terraced vineyards. It is one of five Cinque Terre villages in Italy’s Cinque Terre National Park and Marine Protected Area and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. CARATTINO 12 is tucked away in a quiet area of Vernazza overlooking the sea and village yet, in two minutes, you descend the steps in the “carruggio” (narrow medieval lane) and reach the main street of Vernazza.
