Carrubi Vista Mare is a vacation home located in Tertenia,on the Ogliastra coast,in Sardinia.Due to its advantageous location,situated on a small hill,it offers a view of the beach,the sea and the mountain.The 70m² property consists of a living room,a well-equipped kitchen,3 bedrooms,1 bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi,a TV,a washing machine and an air conditioner that makes it habitable all year round.Also available are baby accessories:crib,high chair,bathtub and feeding accessories.It provides a large private(open) garden with 3 parking spaces.It features a covered terrace,an outdoor shower and a barbecue area(shared).The house has strict rules about respecting garbage collection.This property is perfect for friends,families and anyone who wants to get away from the city and enjoy some tranquility. In low season it offers an advantageous and unique opportunity for relaxation and tranquility,with a beach that transforms into an almost private place and the stores at least 10 minutes away by car.Visitors can enjoy an exclusive experience away from the crowds and noise,recharging their energy and savoring the peace of being able to read a book in the garden or enjoy the view undisturbed.It presents numerous sites that can also be visited in neighboring villages.In the summer season(May-October) the place is transformed,the stores and restaurants in the area reopen their doors,rental services(dinghies,canoes and bicycles)resume,village festivals and festivals are organized that give the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local culture,once a week a market is organized where you can buy typical products and crafts,giving a touch of authenticity to your experience.
