Charming 70s Townhouse Surrounded by Nature – Perfect for Families and Friends This peaceful and quiet retreat is ideal for relaxing holidays. The house features a large garden and two covered patios, one at the front and one at the back, complete with a BBQ area and direct access to the covered garage. The property is located within a residential complex offering several included services. At the entrance of the complex, you'll find the restaurant and pizzeria "Lo Zimino", as well as a second restaurant with a pizzeria and bar right by the beach and overlooking the pool. For sports enthusiasts, the village offers a Padel court, a tennis court, and a basketball court — all managed by the complex and available upon reservation. There are also two private swimming pools: one Olympic-sized and another for children. Guests also have access to a private beach with lifeguard service from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and each family group is provided with sunbeds and a beach umbrella. To enjoy all these services, guests must register for a Member Card, which costs 10 euro per person for the entire stay (children under 14 are free).

Pischina Salida Village is surrounded by greenery and offers a range of services along with two excellent restaurants. Access to the beach club costs 10 euro per person for the entire duration of your stay (children under 14 enter for free). The fee is to be paid directly at the pool entrance. With the access card, guests enjoy exclusive use of beach facilities (sun umbrella and sunbed) as well as entry to the swimming pools. The village features a 100-meter pool and a separate pool for children. Near the pool area, there is also a playground for kids. Lifeguard service is available both at the beach and the pool. For added safety, the village is equipped with security cameras, and a night security service is also active. It’s a magical place to relax, have fun, and enjoy the holiday you’ve been dreaming of!
