Property information

The living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, complete set of pots, plates and everything you need for your stay. There are coffee pods and tea bags. The living room leads to a balcony with a splendid view of the sea, the port, the church of Sant'Ampelio and a relaxing view of the beautiful green hill, where in the evening you can have an aperitif while admiring the sunset. The bedroom has a Queen size bed equipped with an orthopedic mattress and a large wardrobe where you can store all your personal items. The bathroom has a window and has a shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine and is equipped with everything you need: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap. Free street parking. CITY TAX: euro 1.50 per person per day for the first 15 nights, to be paid in CASH on arrival. Children under 12 are exempt from paying this tax.

- bus stop under the house (direction Ventimiglia and Sanremo). - a few minutes by car from the Bordighera railway station and the city center with various shops, restaurants and all services. - San Remo (15 min), Monte-Carlo (20 min), Nice (40 min) and Cannes (1 hr) on the famous French Riviera are easily accessible both by car and train. - is a 40-minute drive from Nice airport - For those who love cycling, there is a cycle path along the seafront.
