The house is located in Castel Ivano, in the Castrozze Lupi area, ideal for those who enjoy walking in the woods, horseback riding, or cycling, thanks to the nearby riding school and the cycle-pedestrian path that connects the Valsugana bike path to the Tesino Plateau. It is about 2 km from the center of Castel Ivano, where you can find key services such as a supermarket, pharmacy, outdoor public swimming pool, and shooting range. In just a few minutes, you can reach the Tesino Plateau, rich in natural and cultural attractions. About 10 km away is Borgo Valsugana, with its historic center along the Brenta River and the open-air contemporary art museum Arte Sella.
