In the historic center of Alghero, in the heart of the ancient Catalan city, Casa Alba Chiara enjoys a fantastic location, a stone's throw from the seafront and the port despite being in the center. Located on the fourth floor of a historic building with lift, Casa Alba Chiara develops into a living area with kitchenette complete with microwave oven, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with double bed. A single bed and a sofa bed can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people. The house is equipped with washing machine, TV, hairdryer, and air conditioning in all rooms. The house is located near all services (restaurants, shops, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, banks, bus station, ferry dock, etc.). In an area rich in attractions, history and culture, where it is possible to walk from sunset until late at night, immersing yourself in the Catalan nightlife. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the attractions of the historic center of Alghero and for a holiday close to the sea! You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If you do not receive the contract on time, you should contact the managing agency on the number provided on the booking confirmation. The historic center of Alghero is certainly the most beautiful and characteristic area of the city. well-kept, full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets. local and all services, moreover it is not far from the beach (10 minutes on foot) and from the port, The house is located in the ZTL area but being on the border it is not far from the large free parking lot of the port and from the parking lot of the piazzale della pace, partly free and partly for a fee.
