This cozy retreat is just steps from essential amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies, and the ASL, and conveniently close to the historic center and major roads to Cagliari and Oristano. Situated on the first floor above a commercial space, it features a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, and a well-appointed bathroom. Reserved parking is available, making it the perfect base for exploring Sardinia’s beauty. Whether for a short stay or longer escape, Casa Amabile offers a serene, welcoming atmosphere.
