Property information

The charm of a sunset and the wonder of an island still immersed in the colors and scents of wild nature. Aprilia House enjoys an excellent central location very convenient to the bus service just 2 minutes from the stop. It is accessed by a large gate, the apartment has an independent entrance. The very large entrance accompanies us on a large living area with a giant wooden table, two armchairs and a very large sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen with pots, crockery, microwave, fridge, TV, mocha, toaster, vacuum cleaner. The bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds, linen, towels and courtesy set for intimate hygiene. The bathroom, windowed, is equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a laundry space with washing machine. EXTRA: PETS: EUR 30.00 per day on request.
