Located in S'architteddu, a few steps from the beaches of S'Anea Scoada and Putzu Idu, Casa Sarchitteddu is ready to welcome you during your holidays. The house consists of an entrance hall with living room with TV and decoder, kitchen equipped with plates, dishes and appliances such as oven, fridge + freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with single beds. There are two bathrooms: one on the first floor equipped with a sink, toilet and bidet and the other in the basement equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. The house also has a balcony equipped for outdoor meals and a courtyard with barbecue. Free parking in front of the building. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
