Property information

Charming 2-room apartment located in the heart of the magnificent Ligurian village of Badalucco, 10/15 minutes by car from the sea, 20 minutes from Sanremo, 45 minutes from Menton, 1 hour from Nice and 1h30 from Genoa. It consists of an entrance leading to a living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchen/dining area with table and chairs, microwave, gas hob, gourmet, fridge with freezer, coffee maker...a double bedroom (sleeps 160cm) and a bathroom with shower. Pellet stove for the winter (heating costs extra at about 5 euros per day during the winter period). WiFi Bars, shops and restaurants, tourist office 30 meters away. Free public parking a few minutes walk from the apartment. The river is a few meters away and gives you the opportunity to swim there during the summer.

Badalucco is a village in the Argentina Valley, which offers the possibility of being 10 minutes from the sea and the beaches of Arma di Taggia, 20 minutes from Sanremo, the city of the Italian music festival and less than 1 hour from the French coast. In Badalucco you will find everything you need to spend unforgettable moments; the town offers the possibility of sunbathing on the banks of the Argentina river and swimming in its fresh waters. Bars, restaurants, pubs and even a spa, wine bars and grocery stores, tobacconists- the town has everything you need.
