The typical sandstone house with swimming pool is located between the gentle Verdicchio hills of the Marche region in Italy. It is an idyllic, very quiet retreat with sea views, surrounded by walnut groves. The holiday home is on a closed plot of around 20,000 m² and has a living space of around 243 m². Large garden with breathtaking views. Covered parking space. Free and unlimited WiFi is available. There are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (one of which also has a bathtub and bidet), a cozy living area and a stylish dining room. The winter garden leads to the outdoor terrace and the well-kept garden. The fabulously equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, stove with 4 hobs, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc.) is ideal for cooking in a group.
The house was newly renovated in 2024 and furnished by the owner with great attention to detail.
VILLA BADIA COLLI in Cupramontana is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, trips to the sea, museum visits, wine tastings and much more. Distances: 16 km from Jesi, 28 km from the airport, 32 km from the sea.
