Casa Beda offers a newly renovated and fully furnished accommodation, equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. The apartment has a separate entrance and consists of a living area with double sofa bed, a large kitchen with microwave and induction hob, one bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower. The apartment also has free wi-fi, two 43 inch and 30 inch flat screen smart tv, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kitchen appliances and all the mod cons to make our guests feel at home. Bed linen, blankets, towels, and toiletries are also available for the guests to use. The property is served by several bus lines (bus stop a few steps away). You can find public parking, cycle lanes and a bike service station, allowing an easy reach to the centre and the surrounding areas.
Casa Beda aims to offer hospitality and comfort in the heart of Bologna. It is an independent accommodation a few steps away from the city centre, the exhibion centre (BolognaFiere) and the University campus. We are a cheerful and welcoming family of three. We are keen on travelling and have always dreamt about running a tourist accommodation business, offering a comfortable and warm environment, the one we always hope to find during our travels. We are not tourism professionals, but we are doing our best to learn from your advice and improve day by day. We are far from perfect, but always kind and welcoming!
The property is in a strategic position, in the lively area of San Donato-Fiere, adjacent to the city centre, served by public transport and full of restaurants, pubs, street food, green areas. A few steps away is BolognaFiere, a large exhibition space hosting conferences and events, and CUBE (Centro Unipol Bologna), a public space for art exhibitions, workshops and live music. Within reach are the regional offices, Sant’Orsola hospital, the railway station and the University campus. The bus stop is literally 30 metres from the apartment. On-site parking is permitted (parking spaces are marked with blue lines). Fees only apply on weekdays from 8am to 6pm, parking is free after 6 pm and at weekends.
