Casa Bianca Apartments are your ideal location for your next holidays on Lake Como. Suitable for both families and couples as well as long or short stays, our apartments are in a wonderful independent villa nested in the green private park. All our guests can take advantage of the resort facilities of the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel as the swimming pool with solarium and heated whirlpool area (open in summer), the kid’s playground in the park and our three dining options: Kincho, an all-day-dining grill and pizzeria in the park, the Michelin-starred restaurant Kitchen and Gusto with its Italian cuisine. Our evening aperitivo at Kincho is absolutely the place-to-be in Como where see and be seen. Inside the hotel and during the opening times, also a fitness centre is available 24/7 as well as hotel’s concierge is at your disposal to unveil the best our destination has to offer. Borgo of Cernobbio, the boat stop and Como city centre are nearby. PLEASE NOTE: only from October 2020 to March 2021, hotel facilities won't be available // check-in time: from 3 to 6 PM and check-out time: from 9 to 11 AM. Starting from April 2021, check-in and out time 24/7.

Cleaning processes of the apartments are managed by the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel staff. We can proudly say that they are trained to follow not only government protocols and guidelines recommended by the World Health Organization, but also higher standards of cleanliness and new procedures in the age of COVID-19, recently designed by the biggest hotel chain in the world, Marriott International, to which Sheraton brand is part. Indeed, for everything concerning the fight against the virus, hygiene, safety and social distancing measures will include public spaces around the apartments, e.g. the private park, pool area, as well as Kincho’s Bar and Restaurant, fully at guests disposal.

Our villa is set on the iconic Lake Como and it is located right in front of the Sheraton Lake Como Hotel, very close to the shores of the lake, and thus well connected with the traditional boat on Lake Como to Como, famous Bellagio town, Varenna and surroundings. Take a stroll on the ancient borgo of Cernobbio (10 minutes walk from our hotel). Also, you can easily reach the bus stop located on the main street (2 minutes walking distance). To go shopping: Gran Mercato supermarket (1 minute), and Bennett mall (5 minutes).
