We Ronnie, Bianca and son Kevin have made our dream come true and bought an incredibly beautiful country house with 10 hectares of land. Casa Biron is a cozy small-scale B&B / rental apartment with a love for Italy and nature with natural wellness, we like to share this with our guests so that they can also enjoy our beautiful adventure. We also live here with our dogs, cats and chickens.

Enjoy our little paradise with nature wellness where all the elements are present for the perfect holiday mix: Enjoyment, Relaxation, Rest, Fun and Recovery with the help of nature, facilities on the spacious private grounds of 10 hectares with swimming pool, natural stream through the garden, wonderful barrel sauna and a rose / relaxation field where you can completely come to yourself without busy stimuli surrounded by greenery. Spend the night in our small-scale accommodation with 4 rooms that are also available as a complete apartment. 1 double room in theme season Summer with a lovely 2 person box spring bed 160x210 and a single bed 1 double room in theme season Spring with a private balcony, a lovely 2 person box spring bed 160x210 1 room in theme season Autumn with a lovely 2 person box spring bed 160x210 1 room in theme season Winter with a 2x single bed The 2 shared bathrooms are located at the end of the hallway with full occupancy max 9 people A cozy shared living room, kitchenette, balcony, and large kitchen, terrace. We are close to the famous pilgrim route Via di Francesco so an ideal stopover for walkers or cyclists. Discover the secrets of the green heart of Italy and experience, see and taste the real Italian life in the many beautiful authentic and cultural villages and towns in the area. Our accommodation is not only suitable for a wonderful holiday, but also for organizing a Retreat weekend/week, training courses, team building training courses and weddings. We organize various walk-along and BBQ evenings that you can participate in as you wish so that you can enjoy yourself without any worries. A holiday where you can relax and enjoy yourself in a quiet, beautiful environment with lots of space. Every day you can enjoy the beautiful view over the fantastic hills. In this region you will find many places of interest, but it is certainly not overrun by tourists. The ideal holiday accommodation for true Italy lovers. Not only can you explore the whole of Umbria, but even Le Marche and Tuscany are a short distance away due to the fantastic location
