My house is really near the center of Montespertoli, in a very quiet and peaceful area, with a view of the Chianti hills, free parking and a garage where you can put your motorcycle or bike in total safety. My house in Montespertoli is treated in detail, with two bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower), a large living room with great fireplace, unlimited Wi-Fi, private parking (free), two large kitchens and two large dining rooms both with fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bedroom for kids, a large lounge space with sofa, books and music to relax and chill. In the living area the floor is in terracotta, in the sleeping area it is in parquet. There is a garage with the laundry and ironing area, and a garden. The area is the classic Chianti area, and is close and strategic to easily reach the main tourist destinations in Tuscany. On request I can organize Chianti wine tastings, even directly at home.

Montespertoli is located in the center of Tuscany in a strategic position to reach the main tourist destinations. It stretches on a hilly ridge that separates the valley of the River Pesa from the valleys that feed the Elsa basin. The territory is inserted in the typical Chianti landscape characterized by rolling hills covered with vineyards and olive groves.
