Casa Cinzia is located in Vico Equense Marina’s square – the sea is so close that you can almost touch it! The seaside apartment is 70 metres squared and can sleep up to 5 people. It features a 30-metre-squared panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access and an allocated parking space. Casa Cinzia is located on the first floor of a two-story building and is accessed via some shallow steps (approx. 20 metres) and then 20 steps to the front door. As you enter the apartment, there is a long corridor. The first room on your right is the main bathroom with a corner bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet. There is also a window. Next, on your right is one of the double bedrooms with a window, air conditioning and a small table and chairs. Further along the corridor on your right, is the second bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. As you near the end of the corridor, on your right, you will find the open-plan kitchen/diner with a table and chairs for 4 guests, a TV, a window and a single sofa bed. The kitchen/dining room is air-conditioned and is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink. At the end of the corridor, you will find the main double bedroom with beautiful furniture, a TV and air conditioning. From the bedroom, you have direct access to the wonderful terrace which boasts stunning views of the sea and coastline. The terrace is fully equipped with a table and chairs so you can dine ‘al fresco’ or you can relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers.

Casa Cinzia boasts a wonderful panorama of the sea and the coastline. At Casa Cinzia, you are approximately a 15-minute’ walk (up the hill) from the centre of Vico Equense, where you will find shops, bars, restaurants and public transport. From here, you can catch the train to Pompeii, Naples and Sorrento. Casa Cinzia is the perfect accommodation for a mixture of a beach and sightseeing holiday. In the Summertime, the square in Vico Equense’s marina has bars and restaurants offering delicious fresh fish dishes. Due to its location by the seafront, you will not need a car to stay at Casa Cinzia but if you do have one, you will be able to park it approximately 15 metres away, for a fee (please request in advance of your stay). During high season (usually from May to September), there is a local bus which runs from the marina to the centre of Vico Equense and the train station.
