Casa Colleverde is a luxury B&B located on the Liguria and Tuscany border, at the foot of the Apuan Alps. It is immersed in the green hills of the ‘Colline del Sole’ and has a privileged position, from which enchanting views can be enjoyed of the Val di Magra and the Ligurian-Tyrrhenian sea coast, from the mouth of the river Magra to Viareggio and Livorno. On the ground floor there are several common areas for moments of total relaxation, as well as two suites for guests. On the first floor we have our third suite, a kitchen, a dining room and a terrace with breath-taking views of Versilia. The garden has a beautiful infinity semi salt water pool melding into the surrounding landscape, equipped with umbrellas and sun beds, a lounge area, barbecue and a picnic area. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling systems and free internet access. The three suites are all exquisitely furnished in a contemporary modern style and are equipped with a comfortable private bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as all the comforts needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Around Casa Colleverde B&B and within easy reach, there are many historical places and splendid tourist destinations to visit, such as the beautiful Cinque Terre area, Portovenere, Lerici and Fiascherino, near La Spezia. If you want to spend a day at the seaside, in twenty minutes you can reach the beaches along the coast of the Ligurian and Tyrrhenian sea. In a short time, you can discover Tuscany and the areas of Lunigiana and Garfagnana, as well as visit Viareggio, Pisa, Florence, Siena and many small picturesque towns such as Volterra and San Gimignano. If you love sports and walking, nearby there are tennis courts, golf courses, surf schools, riding stables, mountain bike trails, trekking and much more. Our B&B provides spectacular views of the sea shore that stretches from the beaches of Marinella di Sarzana, Fiumaretta and Bocca di Magra up to the coast between Lerici and Tellaro, featuring steep cliffs and three large coves. Along this stretch of coastline lies Fiascherino with two, delightful, enchanting little beaches. Heading in the direction of the Gulf of Poets, the beautiful beaches of Punta Bianca and Punta Corvo can be reached by boat or via scenic hiking trails.
