The flat is cosy and well organised in terms of space. Recently renovated while maintaining the historical characteristics such as arches and walls with exposed brickwork, wooden beams and windows, the floor is entirely in teak parquet. The bathroom floor is made of resin-coated river stones, the kitchenette is complete with all appliances such as: gas cooker, electric and microwave oven, washing machine, fridge and small freezer. In the living room there is a wall-mounted TV and table, the sofa has a single mattress that can be used as a third bed. Licence No. 010028 LT 0662
Claudia is a host with decades of experience in the tourism industry. For the past five years, she has been welcoming guests to her establishment with cordiality and professionalism.
Lavagna is a pretty seaside town. Its historic centre is a charming place, offering a combination of tradition, natural beauty and access to the sea. Within walking distance you will find all the commercial activities you may need during your stay. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the beach, a long stretch of sand and pebbles where you can relax, sunbathe and take a dip in the crystal clear waters of the Ligurian Sea.
