Bright and comfortable four-room apartment located on the Lungomare di S'Anea Scoada, a step away from the beach and with a breathtaking sea view. The house consists of an entrance hall with living room and kitchen equipped with dishes and appliances such as oven, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: two of these are made up of double beds, the other is made up of 2 single beds, for a total of 6 beds. There is 1 full bathroom with amenities. The house is completed by an equipped garden, excellent for outdoor meals and for enjoying the sunset, Complete with BBQ and outdoor shower. Reserved parking space in the front of the house. Upon check-in you will be required to show a photo ID and credit card as guarantee. -Apartment managed in the name and on behalf of the owner-
